Using our store

You may use our store for lawful purposes. When placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and that the contact, delivery, and payment information you provide is accurate. Please contact us promptly if an order detail needs to be corrected.

Product descriptions, prices, options, and availability are shown on the product pages. Please check the selected variant, size, quantity, and included items before purchasing. Product colors may appear different on different screens. Styling items shown in a photograph are included only when the product description says so.

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable or a material error affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will refund the amount paid for that item and any applicable shipping charge for the canceled item.

Prices and payment

Prices on our store are in US dollars unless another currency is clearly displayed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Please review the order total before submitting payment. Price changes apply to future purchases; they do not increase the price of an order you have already placed.

Orders and changes

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation. Please review it and contact us if anything is incorrect. We may decline or cancel orders when payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, or there is a material pricing or listing error. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once a supplier has begun processing or shipping the order.

Hollow Moon works with supplier partners who ship products directly to customers. Products from different suppliers may arrive separately. Available delivery options and charges depend on the items and delivery address. Processing and delivery estimates may vary by supplier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Please read that policy before ordering, including eligibility, timing, and exclusions.
